Hey OP, it looks like you are looking for information on cloning your drive or migrating from one drive to another. There are many reasons to do this, like you got a new SSD to replace your old HDD, or you want to make a backup. In general, the easiest way to go about this is with the program Macrium Reflect. The free edition allows you to clone your current drive to your replacement drive, all from within Windows and while you continue to use the PC.
