You do not have to respond to this review, though I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my first review regardless. I won't be downloading this app again, which isn't against you or your app, and I'll have everything in a physical form for now on. So forgive me for not finding your response to my problem helpful or relevent. Which has happened in the past and, I'm sure you would understand this, I still get spam and hackers calling and texting my phone religiously. I never sent information to whatever backup system you have for this app because I personally don't trust anything that can be hacked and used against me. Meaning, I don't believe I made an "account" on this app. The only thing that I used on this app was a passcode to get into my dairy. Unfourtunally, your response is not only very late, but unhelpful.
I had such great things written out and now it's lost. I really liked this app and was super excited to see the features of the new update, but when I logged in, I didn't see any of my journal entries and now I'm disheartened. I updated the app and lost all of my journal entries
